Characteristics:

1. Non-porous pyrex glass. It won’t absorb food odors, flavor or stains.
2. Higher resistance to mechanical shock: scratch resistant
3. Higher resistance to corrosion.

6. Heat resistance: tolerance 400-degree no break or fissure.
7. Sharp down temperature tolerance: heat for 10 min. and use temperate water with sharp down temperature at 120 degree, no break or fissure on the product.
8. Sharp rise temperature tolerance: hold in freezer at -16 - -18°C for 30 min., then with high temperature cotton put into oven at 140 degree, no break or fissure.
9. Shock Tolerance: use 50g steel ball at height 300mm, throw on the product(away from the edge at least 20mm), no break or fissure.
10. Chemical stability:

Acid tolerance 1.: QB513 <0.7 MG/100 cm2
Acid tolerance 2.: QB6580: <0.7MG/100 cm2

Attentions:

• Avoid changes in temperature; no going from freezer to oven, or from oven to sink
• Do not add liquid to hot glassware
• No higher heat than 350 degrees (this has always been my standard)
• Do not place hot bakeware on cold or wet surfaces, or countertop, stovetop; place instead on a towel or cutting board, cooling rack
• Do not use on stovetop, under broiler or in a toaster oven
• Allow pans to cool completely before immersing in water
• Use care not to bump it, poke or scratch it with utensils
• Allow oven to preheat before adding the bakeware
